Anti-Racist Teaching and Learning (A-RTL) draws on anti-racist frameworks and pedagogies to help individuals deepen their understanding of anti-racism, power, privilege, interlocking systems of oppression, allyship, positionality, and solidarity. Educators who participate in A-RTL programming can expect to learn about specific teaching strategies, practical tools, and relevant resources. A-RTL provides opportunities for educators to deepen their knowledge on anti-racism topics, regardless of whether they are just starting on their educational journey or already have existing knowledge on these topics.
